PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Please contact us if you'd prefer to pay with a
money order or a personal check. If paying by check, please note that your order will
not be shipped until your check has been received and cleared.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be charged only to orders shipping to a Florida address. Orders shipping to an address
within any other U.S. state will not be charged sales tax.
SHIPPING
We generally ship all orders via Priority Mail.
Initially4me currently ships only to the 50 United States. For international orders, please send inquiries
to info@initially4me.com.
Non-personalized orders placed via this web site will ship within three business days from the time the order was
placed. Orders paid via personal check will ship within three business days from the time the check has
cleared. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that personalized items may take
longer to ship.
BACK ORDERS
Although we do our best to keep popular items in stock, sometimes we can't keep up with the demand. Should you order an item that is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately. Credit cards will not be charged for backordered items until they have shipped.

We are unable to ship to APO/FPO boxes or addresses. In order to prevent delays and extra charges, please ensure
that the address provided is complete and accurate.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Personalized merchandise may NOT be returned for any reason unless the merchandise ARRIVES damaged.
If you do receive damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately via email to let us know and we will
give you instructions for returning it to us. Maintain all original packaging materials intact, as inspection
of the package by the carrier may be required to file a claim.
Non-personalized merchandise may be returned for credit/refund/replacement as long as you contact us within
15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason you wish to return the item.
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and email further instructions to you.
Please note that items must be in their original condition to qualify for return/refund/exchange. No opened or used
items may be returned.
If a refund is requested, the price of the item, plus the sales tax if applicable, will be credited. Shipping and handling
fees are non-refundable. This includes the charges incurred as a result of shipping products back to us.
SECURITY

icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions

you provide will be stored securely on our servers. Once you choose to store or enter your credit
card number on Yahoo!, it will not be displayed back to you in its entirety when you retrieve or
